• If you utilize self-hosting features (if available), you are solely responsible for the security and handling of your data.

4. Use of Service and User-Provided Content

• You may only use the Service for lawful purposes, and not in violation of applicable laws, public morals, third-party rights, or our regulations.
• You may not use the Service to distribute, store, or transmit harmful, disruptive, offensive, fraudulent, threatening content, or content that infringes on privacy or the intellectual property rights of others.
• You may not use the Service to develop, train AI models, or create competing products with us or our technology partners (e.g., Gemini AI).
• You may not attempt to attack, disrupt, gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or impair the operation of the Service or related systems.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all content (text, files, images, documents, etc.) you upload or input into the Service does not violate any laws, infringe on the rights of any third party, or contain malware or harmful content.
• We do not pre-moderate the content you input into the system but reserve the right to remove, block, suspend, or disable your account if any violations of these Terms or laws are detected.

5. Fees, Usage Limits, and Payment Policy

• The Service may charge fees based on a points or token system. You are responsible for monitoring and making timely payments for any incurred charges.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to paid features will remain until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it will automatically terminate.
• We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or discontinue the Service if you violate these Terms or exceed permitted usage limits.

• Refund and cancellation policy:

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or specifically approved by us on a case-by-case basis (e.g., system errors, duplicate transactions).
  • When you cancel a service package, access to paid features will remain until the end of the paid billing cycle, after which it will automatically terminate.
• Refund and cancellation policies (if any) will be clearly announced on the homepage or within each service package.

6. Intellectual Property

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all software, interfaces, core technologies, and documentation belong to us or our licensors and are not transferred to users in any form.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decrypt, redevelop, or exploit the Service beyond normal intended use.

7. Disclaimer
