We (“we”, “TestGenAI”) are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use our product.
1. Data Collection
Account Information:
Includes email, display name, and other information you provide during registration and authentication via Supabase.
Project Data, Checklists, Testcases, and Version History:
Includes all information you input into the system (input) and the results generated by AI (output), such as project descriptions, feature descriptions, checklists, and testcases.
We also store change history and versions of testcases to support your adjustments and updates throughout your usage.Query History and Technical Logs:
Includes your request history, your actions on the system, and technical events to ensure the stable operation of the service.
2. Purpose of Data Storage & Usage
Solely for Request Processing:
All project data, checklists, testcases, and version history are stored solely to maintain the interaction process between you and the system—specifically so you can submit requests, receive results, edit, update, and review the change history of testcases.
Not Used for Other Purposes:
- We DO NOT use this data for personalization, behavior analysis, marketing, or product development.
- We DO NOT exploit, analyze, or process your project, checklist, or testcase content for any purpose other than fulfilling your requests.
Not Used for AI Training:
We commit not to use any data you enter into the system, nor any AI-generated results, for training any AI models, internally or by third parties.
3. Partners & Third Parties
Gemini AI:
- The data you input will be sent to the Gemini AI API for processing and response.
- For the paid version, as per Google's policy, Gemini AI does not use your prompts or responses for AI model training; your data is only stored temporarily for abuse detection or to fulfill legal requirements.
Supabase:
We use Supabase for account authentication and to store all project data, checklists, testcases, version history, and related information. Your data is stored on servers located in Singapore.

- Supabase only processes and stores data following our instructions ("customer data") and does not use user data content for its own purposes.
- Supabase applies physical, technical, and organizational security measures to protect personal data.
- You have the right to request access, modification, or deletion of personal data stored on Supabase through us.
- Supabase does not use customer data content for advertising, marketing, or AI training, unless you have given explicit consent.
Vercel:
We use Vercel to deploy the application's source code. Vercel does not store or process any of your personal data.
4. Security & Storage
Your personal and project data are securely stored on Supabase (servers in Singapore).
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or loss.
We do not request or store your financial information, bank card numbers, or personal identification documents.
5. Token, Reward Points, and Payments Management
We store and track the number of tokens you use (including both input and output tokens in each interaction with AI).
The system automatically records and summarizes your token usage, converts it to points, and deducts from your usage quota.
This data is used only for service operation, billing, customer support, and usage limit control.
All information related to reward points, tokens, usage history, and payments is securely stored on Supabase.
6. Coming Soon: Self-Storage of Personal Data
In the near future, we will provide a feature that allows you to self-store your data (including all information entered into the system such as inputs, outputs, project descriptions, feature descriptions, checklists, testcases, edit history, and testcase versions). When this feature is released, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use it, security options, and how to control your data.
7. User Rights
You have the right to:
Access, modify, or delete your account and data related to projects, checklists, testcases, and version history.
Request provision or deletion of all personal data that we store.

8. Usage Notes
Do not enter sensitive data:
Please do not enter sensitive information, business secrets, or third-party personal information into the system.
You are solely responsible for the content you input into the system.
